Head South

As proclaimed by the energetic song by Modest Mouse, 'HEAD SOUTH, HEAD SOUTH! (screamed loudly with scratchy/sore-throat kind of voice)....you know...or maybe not. Anyways, the rumors are true, I am heading south, about as far south as one can go without hitting Antarctica. My destination for November through May will be Puerto Williams, Chile, the farthest southern town in the world. I have taken a job working at Hotel Lakutaia as a guide/general employee. I will let you all know more about the job as I find out more. Patagonia is somewhere I have always dreamed of going and I am uber-excited about this opportunity.
